Key Responsibilities

• Work with Business Supplier Owners (BSOs) to assess and complete supplier risk assessments in line with internal SRM frameworks.
  
• Provide guidance and advisory support to BSOs regarding their roles and responsibilities within the SRM process.
  
• Gather, review, and upload supplier risk documentation, including contracts and risk-related artifacts.
  
• Maintain and update SRM trackers, ensuring accurate monitoring of ongoing activities, deadlines, and open risk items.
  
• Track and follow up on outstanding action items; escalate issues to the Senior Supplier Risk Manager as needed.
  
• Support the SRM team lead in preparing reports and dashboards for senior management and risk committees.
  
• Monitor and coordinate updates on contract renewal dates across various business units.
  
• Participate in the review and enhancement of existing SRM processes; provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
• Deliver training and guidance to business stakeholders on SRM tools, processes, and best practices.
  
• Promote global awareness and understanding of SRM standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.
  
• Provide regular updates and status reports to the SRM team lead, highlighting progress, issues, and areas of concern.
  
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and manage competing priorities within strict deadlines.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  Supplier/Vendor Risk Management (SRM)

  , procurement processes, and third-party risk lifecycle.
• Clear understanding of

  risk mitigation strategies

  and practical implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in

  data analysis

  , reporting, and synthesizing information from multiple stakeholder sources.
• Excellent

  communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  ; ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Proven ability to

  while meeting tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in
