•Exposure to PCB assembly processes-SMT Manufacturing (Stencil printing, Component placing, Reflow soldering, AOI/EOL, Testing etc.). •Collaborate with NPD/Production / Supplier teams and Identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions at the supplier’s end. •Monitor Vehicle Assy FTTQ Inline /Field Issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier end. •Having Strong knowledge in AIAG Core tools (SPC,MSA,PFMEA,CP,APQP). •Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed. •Managing T1, T2~Tn Suppliers, Plan/Conduct regular audits at supplier end to validate process & product. •Ensure compliance and assist suppliers with adherence to the Quality Management System (IATF16949/ISO9001).Education
