Job Description

Department: QA - PQA

Experience: 4 - 10 years

Major Challenges:

Understanding of quality tools (Process capability tools, audit methodologies, quality sampling techniques, SQC (Statistical Quality Control Inspection & Sampling plans etc.)
Knowledge of various Quality tools like ANPQP, SPC, DOE, PFMEA,

Knowledge of various audit systems like TPM, TS 16949 and other system audits

Trim shop floor requirement:

Basic Knowledge on vehicle Trim Parts ( Light , ..
Basic Knowledge of Drawing reading
Ability to Perform Level 1 analysis and report preparation
Ability to perform Temporary Action to protect the customer
Basic MS Office skill
Concern Data Management ( PPM , Ranking)
Knowledge on Static, dynamic inspection and able to achieve KPI Targets
Basic Knowledge Homologation
Ability to reduce the DPHU with systematic approach
Ability to drive the Squall NC Progress
Execute Safety standard and 5S standard
Ability to perform Level 1 Analysis
Responsible to prepare the Incident report
Ensure GQE is raised for all non-conformity in parts and closed as per guidelines
Initiate Temporary action to avoid reoccurrence
On time rejection clearance
Ensure 8D improved part validation as per guideline.
Conduct Patrol Audit based on concern history
Rejection Part validate and on time approval
RTV Part on time clearance
