Description
Role & responsibilities Need to understand Client Job specification, procedures, ITP, Drawings (GA, P&ID) and implementing during execution. Establishing Quality Assurance processes in Packaging and Vendors Shop. Should have good Knowledge of raw material requirements Pipes, plates, flanges, fittings, fasteners, castings, forgings, Structural. Should have in-depth knowledge of checking critical parameters of inspection stages / manufacturing activities like Weld joint set-up, machining inspection, welding, pressure / leak testing, visual & dimensional, painting, assembly of package, performance testing, P&ID tracking, packing inspection. Witness / review NDT activities, Lab testing, Type test reports, pressure / leak testing, performance testing, functional testing, painting & coating. Preferred candidate profile - Strong knowledge of supplier auditing methodologies, process validation, and CAPA processes. - Good understanding in 7 quality tools & techniques: 8D, FMEA, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma. - Exposure to various manufacturing process like welding, machining, assembly, NDT, performance testing, painting & coating. - Ability to work independently and travel for supplier audits
