As a Program Management Analyst at Citi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing Citibank's third-party suppliers to ensure optimal value and risk management. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end process of analytics and reporting of supplier dashboards. This includes obtaining and validating information from suppliers, developing reports and insights for senior management briefings, presentations, and events, and ensuring the quality and timely distribution of output. Additionally, you will automate supplier dashboards, drive process improvements, support governance forums with key suppliers, refine the supplier governance framework, and anticipate stakeholder requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect, monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate data related to supplier oversight and financial risk assessment - Research and interpret factual information to make recommendations - Produce insightful reports for senior management and decision-makers - Develop a good understanding of industry practices and standards - Support periodic governance forums with key suppliers and track actions to closure - Refine the supplier governance framework and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement - Understand and anticipate stakeholder requirements to drive productivity and quality - Support adhoc data requests from stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of direct, relevant experience in supplier management and/or data analytics, business analysis - Strong reporting and data analysis skills - Proficiency in querying languages (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) - Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written - Experience in working with global, cross-functional teams and navigating large organizations is preferred - Strong relationship management skills with the ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across the enterprise Citi is dedicated to supporting your growth and development, offering extensive on-the-job training, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities for giving back to the community.
