Supplier Documentation & Traceability Specialist — Spare Parts

Key Responsibilities

Experience in logistics, quality, or document control in an industrial/service environment.

• Working knowledge of supplier certificates and basic product-compliance concepts (COO, Mill Cert. CoC/CoA, SDS, RoHS/REACH).
• Competence with SAP or ERP and document systems (e.g., SAP, SharePoint/Box) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
• Clear written communication and vendor-facing confidence.
• Fluent in verbal and written English, additional languages are an advantage.
  

Roles & Responsibilities

Liaising with Vendor/Buyer to ensure already ordered certificates arriveLiase with Warehouse to ensure all Certs are receivedValidating country of origin, certificate numbers etc.Managing non-conformance of certsDrafting statements such as declaration of origin, material composition declarationEnsure that all open PO’s are screened to ensure correct documentation has been orderedLiaise with OM to ensure requirement has been capturedLiaise with Parts Engineering to ensure missed requirement are updated in PBFeedback and liaise with Sourcing, OM and ITO teams where requirement has been missedStore certificates to ensure complianceIssuing of certificates to OMMeasure: No of missed requirement, Non-conformance level, AD-hoc certificate requestAction ad hoc requestsRaising non-conformanceWe are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Work Experience
