Location: 139, Sahitya Industrial Hub, Near Indore Highway, Bakrol Bujrang, Ahmedabad – 382430, Gujarat Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of more than 50 assembly line workers. Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, work allocation, and performance. Prepare and submit detailed daily production and activity reports. Ensure production targets are achieved with focus on quality and safety. Communicate workflow changes and instructions to the team promptly. Monitor and report any issues in the assembly process to management. Train new employees and provide ongoing support for professional growth. Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
