Key Responsibilities:✅ Loading & Unloading Supervision Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles. Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage. Verify correct quantity, weight, and labeling of materials before dispatch or after receipt. ✅ Team Management Allocate duties to loading staff, forklift operators, and helpers. Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of the team. Provide training and guidance to workers on safe handling practices. ✅ Safety & Compliance Enforce safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to transport and warehouse operations. Conduct safety checks of equipment used for loading. ✅ Documentation & Reporting Maintain loading records, manifests, and daily reports. Verify loading slips, delivery challans, and other shipment documents. Report any discrepancies, damages, or incidents promptly. ✅ Coordination & Communication Liaise with warehouse, transport, and dispatch teams to plan loading schedules. Coordinate with drivers for timely vehicle placement and departure. Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issue
