Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and responsible

Supervisors

to oversee and manage daily operations at our facility. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily floor operations and coordinate staff activities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Monitor team performance and assist with work allocation
Maintain accurate records of inventory and daily production logs
Communicate regularly with management regarding progress and challenges
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Manage basic administrative tasks and resolve on-floor issues promptly

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in manufacturing, production, or facility operations
Experience in managing teams and floor-level coordination is highly desirable

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary education)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead small teams in a structured work environment
Familiarity with basic factory or floor operations preferred

Salary & Benefits

?10,000 ?13,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
