Position Overview:

Yizi-Le Furniture is hiring a Supervisor to oversee daily furniture production activities, guide a team of workers, and ensure high-quality output. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. Salary will be based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage section-wise production operations
• Assign work, monitor output, and guide staff for efficient performance
• Ensure accuracy in measurement, finishing, and product quality
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the section
• Train and support workers to improve skills and productivity
• Coordinate with management and stores for material requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Mechanical, or Civil will be considered
• Freshers can apply
• Ability to read measurements and understand production requirements
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
