Supervise and lead site operations, ensuring timely and quality execution of construction activities, particularly in railway infrastructure projects
Provide direction and assign tasks to team members, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
Train, mentor, and guide the team to improve technical skills, safety awareness, and job performance
Monitor daily progress, evaluate team performance, and implement improvement strategies for enhanced efficiency
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through clear communication and strong leadership
Resolve site-level conflicts and operational issues using effective problem-solving techniques
Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment of activities and project goals
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all site operations
Generate progress reports, analyze data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and operational improvement
Act as the key point of contact for all team-related queries and communications on-site
Stay informed on industry best practices, regulations, and construction methodologies to drive continuous improvement
