Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team or department to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality standards. Your primary duties will include assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities to team members, and monitoring team performance to provide constructive feedback. It will be crucial for you to ensure that daily operations align with company policies and objectives, while also monitoring workflow, productivity, and adherence to deadlines. In this role, you will play a key part in training new employees on company procedures and job-specific skills. Identifying skill gaps and organizing training or mentoring sessions will be essential to enhance the team's overall performance. Additionally, you will be required to develop performance improvement plans when needed and act as the primary point of contact between management and the team.
