Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor Middle Office to oversee our operations in India. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial services and a passion for leading teams to achieve excellence. The Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring that our middle office functions efficiently and effectively, supporting the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the middle office to ensure efficiency and accuracy in processing transactions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
  • Coordinate with front office and back office teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely issue resolution.
  • Implement and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Analyze and report on operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Develop and enhance operational procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce risk.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in middle office operations within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
