ob Title: Outlet Supervisor
Location: Amma’s Pastries – Kothamangalam
Reports To: Area/Operations Manager

Job Purpose

The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, managing staff, and achieving operational standards as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations
• Oversee daily outlet functioning including opening & closing procedures.
• Ensure product display, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/production for replenishment.
• Team Management
• Supervise outlet staff (sales & housekeeping).
• Prepare duty rosters and allocate responsibilities.
• Train and guide staff on customer service, product knowledge, and SOPs.
• Customer Service
• Ensure excellent service and handle customer queries/complaints effectively.
• Maintain positive customer relations to build outlet reputation.
• Sales & Reporting
• Monitor daily sales and ensure cash/UPI transactions tally with system.
• Prepare and submit daily sales/stock reports to management.
• Support in achieving outlet sales targets through promotions and upselling.
• Compliance & Standards
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper records of wastage, stock movement, and staff attendance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in retail/F&B supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, reporting, MS Excel).
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
