Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet.
• Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure proper shift management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and hygiene.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and warehouse for replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety standards are strictly followed.
• Daily sales reporting and cash handling.
• Assist in achieving outlet targets and improving overall performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/F&B, preferably in bakery or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and multitask under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.

Preferred:
Candidates with prior experience in bakery or pastry outlets.

Salary: Based on experience and industry standards.
