Key Responsibilities:
Handle manpower sourcing as per company requirements
Supervise and manage employee attendance and daily workforce allocation
Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
Maintain discipline and efficiency on the shop floor
Manage both freshers and experienced staff efficiently
Support HR and Operations teams with manpower planning
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively
Basic knowledge of attendance and shift management
Flexible and ready to take initiative
Salary:
Based on current salary with a hike (negotiable for deserving candidates)
