    Inbound International Voice experience

  •        

    5+ years

    of experience with

    inbound international voice process

    (preferably USA).
  •         Minimum

    2 years

    of work experience in a customer support

    supervisory role

    in a high call volume environment
  •         Experience in Revenue Cycle Management domain (US Healthcare) and practice management software applications would be an added advantage
  •         Open to work in

    US shift (India night shift)

  •         Open to

    work from office

    (all days)
