Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues related to products or services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies.
Achieve individual and team targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, call handling time).
Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes.
Provide feedback on customer concerns to help improve services and processes.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
02 years of experience in a voice process (freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
Prior experience in BPO or customer service environment.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
