Supervising Associate - DE and I PMO

As a DE&I Program Management Officer at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading the Project Management Office (PMO) function across the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy. Your focus will be on advancing disability inclusion by managing the planning, coordination, and execution of DE&I programs that promote a disability-confident workplace. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end program management for DE&I initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and strong governance. - Create and maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards to support execution across teams and geographies. - Drive consistency and structure across all DE&I initiatives through tools, templates, and best practices. - Act as a thought partner on disability inclusion strategy and accessibility initiatives. - Support and drive programs, events, and campaigns that promote a disability-confident workplace. - Partner with relevant teams to identify and remove barriers, improve inclusion, and embed accessibility across the employee experience. - Work closely with various internal teams and partners to ensure cross-functional alignment and facilitate collaboration. - Prepare communications, updates, and reports for leadership and DE&I councils. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally with PMO responsibilities. - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with strong attention to detail. - Experience working in DE&I or a demonstrated passion for inclusion and social impact. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive cross-functional execution. - Preferred qualifications include lived experience or deep allyship in the disability inclusion space, knowledge of accessibility standards or inclusive workplace practices, experience engaging with employee communities, and strong skills in data analysis and visualization.,
