Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor (Super Vaijar) located in Pune. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the foundry, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The Supervisor will also work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising foundry operations and managing production schedules
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety protocols
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Experience in the electrical or electronic manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
