As a full-time Supervisor (Super Vaijar) in Pune, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our foundry. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring seamless workflows, maintaining high-quality standards, and supervising the production team. This includes managing production schedules, equipment maintenance, and enforcing safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment. Collaboration with other departments will also be essential to streamline activities and achieve production targets effectively.
