Job Description

Reports to: Sales Head

Job Summary:

The Wealth Management role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage and grow the wealth management business through various HNIs/UHNIs, including financial advisors, banks, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales strategy and Planning

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals.

Business Development

  1. Build and maintain relationships with key HNIs, including financial advisors and banks.
  2. Develop and execute business plans to grow revenue and expand market share.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and new channels.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis

  1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure channel effectiveness.
  2. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
  3. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address performance gaps.

Product and Service Development

  1. Collaborate with product development teams to design and launch new products and services.
  2. Provide input on product features, pricing, and positioning to ensure alignment with channel strategies.
  3. Develop and deliver training programs to educate channel partners on new products and services.

Compliance and Risk Management

  1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  2. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with channel management.
  3. Collaborate with risk management teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum 4-7 years of experience in wealth management, or related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  5. Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.

Desirable Qualifications

  1. Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  2. Professional certifications
  3. Strong network of relationships within the wealth management industry.
