Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Summer Training position located in Lucknow. The Summer Trainee will engage in various tasks such as conducting training sessions, developing instructional materials, and providing customer service. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing training programs, assessing training effectiveness, and collaborating with team members to improve training content.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training & Development, and conducting Training sessions
• Proficiency in Instructional Design
• Customer Service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred
