Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Summer Training role located in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities of the role include developing and delivering training programs, conducting instructional design, and providing customer service and support. The trainee will also assist in the planning and execution of training sessions, including developing training materials and evaluating their effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Training & Development, Training, and Instructional Design skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in training or instructional design is a plus
