TSP is dedicated to helping clients achieve their organizational vision and support their mission through innovative technologies. Role Description This is a full-time Successfactors Lead role. The Successfactors Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert advice on best practices, and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a hybrid role, located in Folsom, CA, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Qualifications \n Experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules Strong project management skills and experience in leading implementation projects Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in the IT services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Show more Show less
