Your role involves troubleshooting, recommending alternatives, and customizing workflows to align with business requirements. - Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on technical requirements. - Act as a bridge between HR and IT teams to align technical solutions with operational goals. - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SuccessFactors applications. - Conduct training sessions, develop user guides, and maintain technical documentation. - Support HR teams in data migration, system updates, and reporting. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards. - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role. - Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration. - Strong understanding of HR processes and IT systems integration. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
