Job Description:

Bunzo Foods & Beverages is seeking a motivated and skilled Subway Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in making delicious subs and providing excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for food, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble subs according to company standards and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, clean, and properly stocked.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the preparation area.
• Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures strictly.
• Take customer orders with accuracy and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management.
• Assist in training new employees on sub preparation and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure proper packaging and presentation of subs.
• Support daily operations including opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in preparing subs or working in a similar food service role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a team player attitude.
