About the Role :

We re looking for a SME who can turn numbers into stories and insights that drive placements and outcomes. This role blends analytics with real-world impact working closely with students and internal teams.

What You ll Do:

• Analyze datasets (student performance, placement data, job trends) to generate actionable insights.


• Build dashboards and reports to track placement metrics and learning outcomes.


• Partner with placement and learning teams to identify skill gaps and improve job readiness.


• Present insights to non-technical stakeholders students, mentors, partner companies.


• Ensure data quality and drive best practices in collection and reporting.


• Stay updated on hiring trends in data/AI-ML domains.

What You ll Bring:

• 1-4 years of experience in Data Analytics; edtech or placement experience is a plus.


• Strong skills in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).


• Excellent communication skills and comfort in customer-facing discussions.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in placement enablement or skill-gap mapping.


• Understanding of AI/ML job market trends.
