Your role as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) will involve transforming data into compelling narratives and insights to enhance placements and outcomes. Here is what you will be responsible for: - Analyzing datasets such as student performance, placement data, and job trends to derive actionable insights. - Developing dashboards and reports to monitor placement metrics and learning outcomes effectively. - Collaborating with placement and learning teams to identify skill gaps and enhance job readiness. - Presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders including students, mentors, and partner companies. - Ensuring data quality and promoting best practices in data collection and reporting. - Keeping abreast of hiring trends in data/AI-ML domains. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 1-4 years of experience in Data Analytics; prior experience in edtech or placements would be advantageous. - Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in customer-facing interactions. - An analytical mindset with the capability to simplify complex data effectively. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: - Experience in placement enablement or skill-gap mapping. - Knowledge of AI/ML job market trends.
