Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) located in Coimbatore, with some remote work flexibility. The SME will be responsible for developing and delivering VR-based educational content, conducting research, and collaborating with the instructional design team to ensure content accuracy and engagement. Daily tasks will include analyzing current educational trends, providing insights, and ensuring the integration of best practices into VR learning modules. The SME will also participate in beta testing and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong content development and instructional design skills
• Expertise in teaching methodologies and educational research
• Experience with VR, AR, or other immersive technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Effective communication skills
• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience in curriculum development is a plus
