As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the "Repair Optimization & Compliance" value stream, your role is crucial in supporting solution design during the pre-sales phase in the automotive sector. Your responsibilities include: - Collaborating with commercial and technical teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions before the sales process. - Evaluating the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities. - Translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational standards. - Working closely with regional and global teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing processes. - Monitoring solution performance and proposing enhancements based on operational data and feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in repair optimization or compliance. - Proven experience in international and multicultural environments. - Strong analytical skills and ability to model complex solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. - Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. - Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Proactive and autonomous work style. - Continuous improvement mindset. - Problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
