Subject Matter Expert

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to messages and comments on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business. - Addressing guest reviews on Google, maintaining a record of negative reviews, and providing responses using approved templates. - Creating engaging Reels, Stories, and other multimedia content following brand guidelines. - Ensuring daily posting of Stories across various themes like food, drinks, testimonials, events, and offers. - Preparing and submitting a detailed monthly content calendar in the last week of the preceding month for review and approval. - Posting approved designs from the creative team along with relevant captions and hashtags across all social media platforms. - Monitoring social media trends and viral content. - Analyzing competitor strategies and sharing actionable insights with the marketing team. - Curating, pitching, and finalizing collaborations with influencers and vloggers. - Ensuring at least 8 influencer visits per month and managing deliverables, MOUs, and content collection. - Defining audience segments for ads and collaborating with the marketing team for campaign execution and analysis. - Capturing high-quality photos and videos of daily activities, special events, and behind-the-scenes content for use in marketing. - Coordinating with internal teams for planning and executing social media strategies for upcoming events and festivals (minimum 15 days in advance). - Updating all venue TVs/LEDs with relevant creatives, including birthday visuals, and maintaining a tracking sheet (Google Sheet/Excel). This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve social media goals.,
