Job Summary:

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (US Market), with a strong understanding of the insurance lifecycle.
• Familiarity with natural catastrophe risks and their impact on P&C insurance coverage.
• Knowledge of underwriting, loss adjusting, and claims procedures within the insurance industry.
• Comfortable with insurance terminology, especially related to property and casualty.

• Skills & Competencies:

• In-

  depth

  knowledge of natural catastrophe (NatCat) risks (hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, wildfires) and their impact on insurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle sensitive claims situations and build strong client relationships.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in high-pressure environments, particularly during large-scale NatCat events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with claims management software.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
