Subject Matter Expert - Learning & Development

What A Typical Day Looks Like

Facilitate 4 hours of training daily on leadership, soft/ Behavioral skills.
Design and develop or enhance existing training content for Individual contributors and People managers.
Create assessment/ quizzes /learner engagement activities to reinforce learning outcomes

The Experience were Looking to Add to The Team

Any bachelor's degree with Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilitating Behavioral & soft skills trainings
Delivering 30 hours of training delivery/ month
Proficient in MS-Excel (Intermediate) and MS-PowerPoint
