Job Description

Provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise; design and optimize enterprise software aligned to consulting and AI solution needs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as go-to expert on development processes, tools, and frameworks.
Lead design and development of complex applications/systems.
Produce IT-domain technical content (e.g., solution briefs) for consulting initiatives.
Support and guide Instructional Design teams as SME.
Gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.
Evaluate storyboards and final deliverables for architecture/data/ML alignment.

What Were Looking For

5+ years in software development with deep expertise (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
Bachelor s/Master s in CS, IT, or related.
Proven experience as technical lead/SME; client-facing consulting exposure is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Effectiveness in fast-paced, collaborative environments
