You will be working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TRAACS and related travel solutions at Nucore in Calicut, Kerala. Your role will involve handling pre-sales activities, product training, product requirement engineering, and client interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong finance background and dynamic people skills to engage with prospects and clients effectively. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a SME for TRAACS and related travel solutions. - Collaborating with the sales team to drive pre-sales activities, such as creating and delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs. - Conducting product training sessions for clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders. - Engaging with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and working with the product team to develop suitable solutions. - Assisting in defining and prioritizing product requirements and feature enhancements. - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices through research. - Providing support to clients and internal teams as required. - Representing Nucore at industry events and conferences. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field; MBA preferred. - 3+ years of experience in the travel industry with a strong understanding of travel technology and solutions. - Strong financial acumen with experience in data analysis and financial modeling. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams. - Proven track record in pre-sales activities, product requirement engineering, and client interactions. - Experience in conducting product training sessions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as needed.
