As a Subject Matter Expert specializing in English and Social Studies at Universal Education, your role will involve developing, curating, and reviewing content for educational materials, providing training and academic support to educators, ensuring curriculum alignment with academic standards, and conducting research to enhance teaching methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lesson Planning Copilot: Curate curriculum-aligned objectives, activities, and assessments; validate AI-generated lesson plans. - Adaptive Practice Engine: Structure content progressions; review AI-personalized question sets across key subjects (Math, English, EVS). - Auto-Grading Tools: Define rubrics; evaluate AI-marked assessments and feedback for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical relevance. Qualifications Required: - In-depth expertise and knowledge in English and Social Studies curriculum. - Proficiency in content creation, curation, and review for academic materials. - Strong research and analytical skills related to educational methodologies and pedagogy. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and supporting teachers. - Experience in classroom teaching or teacher training is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, English, Social Studies, or a related field.
