Job Description

Description

We are looking for a Cloud Network SME Azure & GCP to design, implement, and govern secure, scalable, and highly available cloud network architectures.The role will focus on enterprise landing zones, hybrid connectivity, and network security for cloud-native, data, and AI workloads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Azure and GCP network architectures
  • Define and manage network foundations for cloud landing zones
  • Design hub-and-spoke and shared services network models
  • Implement and manage :
  • Azure: VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers
  • GCP: VPCs, Subnets, Firewall Rules, Cloud NAT, Load Balancing
  • Design and support hybrid connectivity:
  • Azure ExpressRoute
  • GCP Cloud Interconnect
  • Site-to-Site and Client VPNs
  • Implement private connectivity:
  • Azure Private Endpoints
  • GCP Private Service Connect
  • Ensure secure networking for AI, data, and Kubernetes workloads
  • Optimize network performance, resiliency, and cost
  • Troubleshoot complex cloud network issues
  • Integrate networking with Terraform / IaC
  • Collaborate with Security, DevOps, Platform, and AI teams
  • Define network standards, governance, and best practices
  • Create documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Azure and GCP networking
  • Deep understanding of :
i. TCP/IP, DNS, routing, BGP
  • Hands-on experience with :
i. Azure VNet, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute
ii. GCP VPC, Cloud Router, Cloud NAT, Cloud Interconnect
  • Experience with load balancing and ingress design
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud network security
  • Experience using Terraform for network automation
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Good To Have

  • Kubernetes networking (AKS / GKE, Ingress, CNI)
  • Experience with AI / ML platform networking
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN and network monitoring tools
