Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable (AR) Subject Matter Expert to lead and optimize AR processes within a US healthcare RCM environment.

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within US Healthcare RCM.
Ensure timely claim submission, denial management, and follow-up on outstanding AR.
Lead, mentor, and support AR team members to achieve quality and productivity benchmarks.
Perform accurate billing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
Analyze AR trends, prepare reports (aging, denial, collections), and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate with payers, providers, and internal teams to resolve escalations.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing regulations and internal SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable.
Strong understanding of billing, collections, and denial management.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement and compliance.
Ready to work in
US Night Shift
