Job Description

Job Title: Subject Head Physics

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the Physics curriculum and content roadmap
  • Review and create high-quality content: videos, tests, PDFs, question banks
  • Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical alignment
  • Lead and mentor Physics faculty and content teams
  • Analyze student performance data to improve learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams
  • Stay updated with Physics exam trends and teaching innovations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physics or related field from a reputed institute
  • 5+ years teaching or academic experience in Physics
  • 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role (preferably in ed-tech/test prep)
  • Strong subject expertise and instructional design skills
  • Team leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools, LMS, and analytics is a plus
