Study Abroad Counselor

Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, eligibility, courses, universities, and career prospects.
  
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, converting them into confirmed admissions.
  
• Guide students through the application, documentation, and visa process for multiple countries.
  
• Maintain updated knowledge of admission requirements, deadlines, and education policies of various countries.
  
• Coordinate with university partners, visa officers, and internal teams for smooth application processing.
  
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and information sessions for prospective students.
  
• Track and follow up on leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely communication.
  
• Meet monthly counseling and admission targets.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced Study Abroad Counselor who can guide students and parents through the complete admission process, ensuring they make informed decisions about their higher education overseas. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent counseling skills, and a proven track record in admissions or education consultancy.
