First Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  first-level counseling

  to students and parents about study abroad options (courses, countries, eligibility)
• Handle student inquiries, manage leads, and schedule appointments for senior counselors
• Assist in

  application processes

  , including documentation collection and form filling
• Work on

  study abroad portals

  , updating student profiles and uploading documents
• Maintain

  accurate student records

  and follow up on pending documentation
• Support

  student communication

  through emails, calls, and SMS updates
• Address basic queries from students, parents, and channel partners and redirect advanced queries to senior counselors

Key Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of study abroad application portals (preferred)
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Eager to learn and grow in the overseas education sector

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Education, Management, Arts, Science, etc.)
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in counseling or backend operations
• Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are encouraged to apply
