Job Description: As a Study Abroad Counsellor at VIISV EDUCATION, your role will involve providing guidance to students interested in pursuing study abroad opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing guidance to students seeking study abroad opportunities - Assisting students in navigating application processes - Offering advice on selecting programs and universities - Conducting career development workshops Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Experience in education counseling, student advisory, or career guidance - Strong tele-calling skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening - Ability to research and analyze various educational programs and requirements - Interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents - Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field - Knowledge of study abroad programs and processes is a plus - Experience working in a multicultural environment Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
