Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Study Abroad Counsellor. The Study Abroad Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the university selection process, providing application and admissions support, offering test preparation guidance, and assisting with visa counseling and interview prep. The role also involves advising students on scholarships and financial aid, as well as offering accommodation and pre-departure assistance to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in counselling for multiple destinations like Australia, Europe, UK, USA, Canada
• Experience in academic advising, university selection, and application support
• Knowledge of visa processing, interview preparation, and test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to student success and understanding of diverse student needs
• Bachelor's degree in education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field
