Study Abroad Counsellor

As a Senior Admission Counselor - Study Abroad at our Pune - Shivaji Nagar location, you will guide students through the process of overseas education, focusing on destinations such as the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, NZ, Singapore, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting counselling sessions to provide information about educational opportunities abroad. - Assisting students throughout the admission process, addressing their queries, and aiding them in completing necessary documentation. - Identifying potential students through calls, follow-ups, references, and outreach activities. - Generating leads through engaging promotional activities like presentations, seminars, and webinars. - Advising students on career choices and elucidating the benefits of various courses. - Providing support and guidance during the visa application procedures. We are looking for candidates with the following skills: - Excellent polished communication skills. - Strong analytical abilities. - Exceptional writing skills for drafting and editing essays, letters of recommendation, etc. - A good team player with a well-groomed professional demeanor. - Direct and relevant experience in selling or working with university recruitment is preferred. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 1-4 years of experience as an Overseas Admission Counsellor. - Graduation degree with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A degree in M.B.A / Business Management / Marketing / Human Resource is preferred. - Experience in Marketing / Administration is a plus. - Basic understanding of the international admissions process for destinations like the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, etc. - Fair understanding of career specializations and courses. - A self-driven and motivated individual.
