Study Abroad Counsellor

Role Overview: As a Senior Admission Counselor - Study Abroad (Inside Sales) at our company in Pune - Shivaji Nagar, you will be instrumental in guiding students towards overseas education opportunities, particularly in countries like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, NZ, Singapore, etc. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting counseling sessions, assisting students in the admission process, generating leads through various activities, advising on career choices, and providing support during visa applications. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct counseling sessions for prospective students, offering information on educational opportunities abroad. - Assist students throughout the admission process, addressing queries, and aiding in documentation completion. - Identify potential students through calls, follow-ups, and outreach activities. - Generate leads through engaging promotional activities like presentations, seminars, and webinars. - Advise students on career choices and explain the benefits of different courses. - Provide support and guidance during visa application procedures. Qualification Required: - 1-4 years of experience as an Overseas Admission Counsellor. - Graduation degree with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A degree in M.B.A / Business Management / Marketing / Human Resource is preferred. - Experience in Marketing / Administration is a plus. - Basic understanding of international admissions processes for popular destinations. - Fair understanding of career specializations and courses. - Self-driven and motivated individual.
