Position: Study Abroad Consultant
Location: S.G. Highway II Ahmedabad

Salary Range: Upto 8 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Study Abroad Consultant to join our team. The consultant will guide students through the entire overseas education journey – from initial counseling and university selection to application processing, visa guidance, and pre-departure support.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.
• Assist students in shortlisting courses, universities, and study destinations based on their profiles.
• Provide end-to-end support with applications, admission procedures, scholarships, financial documentation, and visa processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and visa regulations.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions to promote study abroad programs.
• Handle student queries via calls, emails, or in-person meetings with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate reports on counseling activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and external stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for student enrollments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in student counseling / study abroad consulting / education sector.
• Strong knowledge of overseas education systems (USA/UK/Canada/Australia/Europe).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
