Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad. You will be responsible for providing personalized counselling, assisting in the admission and visa processes, and ensuring high student satisfaction and successful conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person or virtual) to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process—application filing, documentation, LORs, SOPs, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency a must).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication
