Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Study Abroad Consultant. The role involves assisting students in identifying suitable international universities and programs, providing expert career counseling, guiding students through the university application process, ensuring documentation accuracy, coordinating visa application procedures, and facilitating pre-departure preparations. The role requires effective communication and organization to provide students with a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advising skills to guide students in selecting universities and programs
• Knowledge of application processes, documentation requirements, and visa procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with students and families
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their international aspirations
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, or a related field; prior experience in the study abroad industry is a plus
