Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Study Abroad Advisor. The advisor will guide students through the process of selecting and applying to international educational programs. Key responsibilities include counselling students and parents, providing advice on study destinations, university selection, courses, and admission requirements. The advisor will also assist with application procedures, visa processing, and facilitating pre-departure guidance while maintaining clear and continuous communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in educational consultancy or student counseling for a minimum of 2 years is mandatory
• Proficiency in Educational Consulting, including knowledge of international universities, program options, and admission requirements
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, along with Interpersonal Communication abilities to engage effectively with clients
• Consulting experience in advising students and families on their study abroad opportunities
• Familiarity with Visas and international travel processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with certifications in counseling or guidance being an added advantage
• Passion for guiding students in achieving their academic and career goals
